Funded Rush is an independent third party service that completes proprietary trading firm evaluation challenges and verifications on behalf of clients. We are not a proprietary trading firm and do not provide capital, investment advice, or guaranteed financial returns.
Funded Rush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any proprietary trading firm. All firm names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use our Services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing your chosen firm's own terms. We will advise on best practices but cannot guarantee how any individual firm enforces its rules.
Our money back guarantee is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funded Rush's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken independently by any proprietary trading firm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
